6 oz spaghetti, cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ lb prepped shrimp
14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 oz feta cheese
2 T parsley, finely chopped
* Sauté garlic & shrimp. Add tomatoes and toss with pasta. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with feta. Bake in 350 degree oven until sauce is bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve.
