Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie. My husband's favorite dessert! I have a great recipe that is super simple and always comes out perfect!

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup DARK corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 bag pecans (8 oz)

Beat all ingredients together. Pour into crust.
Bake 375° oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cover edges of crust with foil for last 10 minutes.

    Have you tried Paula Dean's Chocolate Pecan Pie? It's also super easy, and it's to die for! Of course, anything with chocolate is better! :)
