This recipe is a holiday favorite in my house. I scored the recipe from my friend Cindy who is a fantastic cook. Super simple.... NOT low fat (but who cares?).... and really YUMMY!
Corn Casserole
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
2 T sugar
* Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
I love..... my family, good music, the beach, long chats with friends, traveling to new places and capturing [real] life moments with a click of my shutter.
