Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie. My husband's favorite dessert! I have a great recipe that is super simple and always comes out perfect!

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup DARK corn syrup

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 bag pecans (8 oz)

Beat all ingredients together. Pour into crust.

Bake 375° oven for 35-40 minutes.

Cover edges of crust with foil for last 10 minutes.
